ARLA Multi is a multi-reactor intended for the research laboratories for the parallel synthesis and for the teams of chemical development for the optimization of the processes of reaction.

The automation of the 8 engines, easy of access thanks to its editor of procedure, makes it possible to quickly conceive procedures for each handling. And this, whether the procedures are identical or different for the unit from the reactor.

The software of ARLA Multi then controls automatically the whole of the operations to be carried out. All information is recorded and included in the electronic report in the form of curves, of comments or tables

ARLA Multi includes :

An user interface from which the operator visualizes and programs handling.
A system of collection, posting, filing and impression of all physical measurements available for each reactor.
Control as well as the visualization of the instruments in real time.
Plans of handling (procedure editor) usable for each engine.
Safeguard of all information in a data base.
Several mode of pilotings: handbook, automatic and semi-automatic.

The following options are available for each automat ARLA Multi and make it possible to realize in an independent way in each engine:

The evaporation of solvent or a liquid under reduced pressure.
Measurement as well as the regulation of pH.
Regulation of the pressure and the vacuum.
Inertage.
Modules of addition multiplexed and proportioned for gases.
Modules of addition of multiplexed additional liquids.

Advantages :

The use of reactors, homothetic with those of the industrial facilities, makes of it a tool adapted particularly well for the chemical development.
The definition of the procedure in a few minutes: the menus unrolling interactive tables of reagents and raw materials facilitate their design. The definite procedure for an engine can then be recorded, duplicated or be modified on each engine in order to carry out 8 independent handling.
The operator action is to the minimum reduced: the automation of the system makes it possible to carry out independently in each of the eight engines the proportioned addition of liquid and gas reagents, the temperature control (dealt with of the slopes), agitation, filtration, as well as the complete cleaning of the system.
The automation of filtration: with its bottom outlet of automatic tank and its module of filtration, ARLA Muli8 is the ideal tool to carry out crystallizations what is still facilitated by the possibility of creating slopes of temperature.
The perfect reproducibility of handling: the use of the electronic procedures allows a great reproducibility of the system what makes of it the ideal tool for the application of the experimental designs.
ARLA Multi integrates an electronic book of laboratory (ELAB Note): an automatic report/ratio on the events which have occurred for each reactor is published at the end of the reaction. It includes/understands in particular the reagents, the procedure, the variation in temperature according to a quantity of added reagent, the addition and temperature curves
The flexibility of the system: ARLA Multi is conceived around glassmaking of standard laboratory what confers the possibility to him of being modified easily (addition of a bulb of run on the assembly…).
